Leasing agreements for beats

LEASING RIGHTS

You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song.. The song we be delivered digitally through the email. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 1,500 copies. Selling more than 1,500 copies means you must acquire a exclusive rights agreement. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the email granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 1,500 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale. The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (DIRTY WORK) on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.

5) If more than 1500 (fifteen hundred) copies are sold, it must be reported to beats@upyagame.com

6) Major labels / Major independents should buy from the Exclusive Beats section.

7) Purchaser may perform with instrumental live in public.

All our tracks are globally copyrighted protected by ASCAP. Failure to give credit will result in us being unable to clear the copyright for you and will lead to serious legal action.

Returns and Exchanges

All orders are final, no returns or exchanges will be accepted only replacement files if a file is corrupt or damaged

Exclusive agreements for beats

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS

You will receive a MP3 file of the beat (or song), untagged (free of soundmarks) and/or a copy of the raw WAV file. The song file can be delivered digitally ,or through the email . Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat).Once the beat is bought exclusively AND the buyer has complied with contract requirements, it will be then marked as “SOLD”. It'll no longer be for sale without the permission of the Buyer and Upyagame.com. You will receive a contract in your email granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording as a "work made for hire". The original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there). The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (DIRTY WORK) on all commercial recordings.

Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws of the United States and other countries. Any infringement of copyright will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
